DTS Support / IT Technical Support / VDI Administrator / Desktop Support
Long Term Contract
100% Remote

Manage 70 Training VDIs, including monthly maintenance to ensure patch compliance
Troubleshoot DTS environment issues: client, server, VDI
Create / Modify / Update various displays and tabulars in DTS Training Environments
Update Database settings as necessary
Generate OMS calls as scripts
Support / Assist in training scenario creation
Manage savecases and server stability / health
Perform DB reschemas as needed on select training DBs and savecases
Perform application installs on training VDIs
Support training delivery 
VDI environment administration
