Senior Program Manager Technology Delivery

Location: Maplewood, MN (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)
Duration: Through January 2027 (Potential 12-Month Extension)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the technology delivery of a large-scale enterprise web transformation initiative. This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery across multiple technical workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex enterprise technology programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, driving executive governance, managing risks and dependencies, and translating business objectives into successful technology outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology delivery from planning through production deployment.
• Build and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple technical workstreams, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive scope management and ensure alignment with business and technology objectives.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
• Lead executive governance meetings and provide status updates to VP and SVP leadership.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Escalate critical issues and drive resolution to maintain delivery commitments.
• Ensure decisions are translated into actionable technical deliverables across teams.
• Track program performance, delivery health, and key milestones.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Proven experience managing multiple technical workstreams and vendors simultaneously.
• Strong background in program delivery, scope management, risk management, and financial oversight.
• Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership, including VP and SVP stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate independently in complex, fast-changing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications preferred.
