Sharepoint Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Sharepoint Developer to lead the redesign and enhancement of our company intranet sites. This role will focus on improving usability, structure, and visual design to ensure the intranet effectively supports communication, collaboration, and access to information across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Redesign and modernize existing SharePoint intranet sites to improve user experience and navigation
* Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
* Design and implement SharePoint site architecture, page layouts, and content structures
* Configure and customize SharePoint Online using modern pages, web parts, and site templates
* Ensure intranet sites align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards
* Migrate, organize, and optimize existing content for accuracy and usability
* Provide guidance and best practices for content owners and site contributors
* Test and validate functionality across devices and browsers
* Document site designs, standards, and processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 3-5 years in Sharepoint
* Experience designing and rebuilding intranet or internal-facing sites
* Proven experience as a SharePoint Specialist or similar role
* Strong expertise with SharePoint Online and modern SharePoint features
* Experience designing and rebuilding intranet or internal-facing sites
* Knowledge of information architecture, UX/UI best practices, and content strategy
* Ability to translate business requirements into effective SharePoint solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
