Role: Pega Developer

Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to join our team at TForce Freight, Inc. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in PEGA development, with a focus on LSA (Senior Technical Architect) responsibilities. This is a contract position with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities:

• Lead System Architect responsibilities, including mentoring and empowering application development teams
• Gather and document business and system requirements from end users and technical staff
• Propose comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements
• Develop user interface, service tier, data tier components, and infrastructure or security for PRPC
• Develop standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components
• Assist in project planning, timeline development, and resource leveling
• Mentor business and technical team members on processes and standards
• Manage software functional requirements throughout the SDLC
• Participate in an Agile software development environment
• Translate business requirements to application with Lead Business Architect
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Perform multiple roles as needed during the project
• Experience with PEGA business process modeling and change management

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• LSA (Senior Technical Architect) certification
• Minimum of 5 years of PEGA Lead Development and 8 years of PEGA SSA Developer experience
• Minimum of 7 Use Case Development experience
• Experience in developing and delivering software to customers post LSA certification
• Experience in an Agile software development environment

Preferred Skills:

• Handson PEGA upgrade projects experience
• Experience in translating between technical and non-technical team members
• Experience working closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship skills
