Job Summary

TechAGI Solutions is seeking an experienced Principal Business Intelligence Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and evolution of enterprise-scale data warehouse and analytics platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite, Snowflake, dbt, enterprise data architecture, dimensional modeling, and complex ETL/ELT development. This role will provide technical leadership across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and design of enterprise data warehouse and analytics platforms.
  • Define enterprise data modeling standards, governance practices, and scalable architecture frameworks.
  • Design and optimize Snowflake solutions using advanced SQL, SnowSQL, dbt, and JavaScript stored procedures.
  • Build staging, intermediate, semantic, dimensional, and enterprise reporting layers.
  • Establish automated testing, documentation, metadata management, and lineage-tracking standards.
  • Lead data integrations involving Oracle EBS, ERP platforms, manufacturing systems, APIs, and cloud data platforms.
  • Translate business requirements from Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead architecture reviews, performance tuning, data-quality initiatives, and scalability planning.
  • Establish engineering standards for ETL/ELT development, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • Mentor data engineers and provide technical direction to cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the enterprise analytics platform.
  • Support data governance, observability, platform reliability, and long-term modernization roadmaps.

Required Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in data engineering, BI engineering, analytics engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, enterprise data warehousing, and Snowflake.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, dimensional modeling, and data warehouse design.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, SnowSQL, and T-SQL.
  • Strong experience optimizing queries and large-scale data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt, including automated testing, lineage, documentation, and CI/CD.
  • Extensive experience developing stored procedures, orchestration frameworks, and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience with SAP Data Services, SSIS, Informatica, Snowflake Openflow, Airflow, or Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, schemas, interfaces, data structures, and functional modules.
  • Experience supporting enterprise processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence enterprise architecture.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Python experience for API integration, data ingestion, and automation.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI platforms.
  • Familiarity with high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of metadata management, data governance, reliability, and observability.
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise projects and cross-functional priorities
