Summary

Key Responsibilities

Program & Schedule Management

Act as the primary on-site liaison between AmpliTech Group and the contract manufacturing facility
Track progress of multiple concurrent manufacturing projects against committed schedules
Monitor production builds, work-in-process, bottlenecks, and delivery risks
Identify schedule slippage early and drive corrective actions with the contract manufacturer
Validate projected ship dates before they are communicated to AmpliTech management

Materials & BOM Oversight

Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy, completeness, and revision control
Analyze material requirements, shortages, and long-lead items across programs
Review material open order reports, supplier commitments, and delivery dates
Flag material risks that could impact build schedules or deliveries
Coordinate closely with procurement, planning, and manufacturing teams at the
