*Job Title:* AWS Techno-Functional Consultant
*Experience:* 10+ years
*Summary:*
We're looking for an AWS Techno-Functional Consultant who can turn business requirements into cloud solutions. You'll gather requirements from stakeholders, design solutions on AWS, and work with development and operations teams on delivery.
*Responsibilities:*
- Gather and analyze business requirements, and turn them into functional and technical specifications
- Design and implement solutions on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch)
- Act as the link between business users, developers, and cloud engineers
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and solution documents
- Support application migration and modernization to AWS
- Take part in UAT, test case review, and production support
- Monitor performance, cost, and security, and recommend optimizations
- Work in Agile teams and attend sprint planning, stand-ups, and demos
*Required Skills:*
- 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2–3 years on AWS
- Hands-on experience with core AWS services (compute, storage, database, networking, IAM)
- Strong requirements analysis and business process mapping skills
- Working knowledge of SQL and one scripting language (Python, Shell, or similar)
- Understanding of REST APIs and integrations
- Experience with Jira or Confluence, and with Agile/Scrum
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Preferred Skills:*
- AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, or Developer Associate)
- Experience with CI/CD (CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation
- Domain knowledge in banking, insurance, healthcare, or retail
*Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
