Education:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field or equivalent work experience.
Certifications:
1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
2. Project Management Professional (PMP),
3. Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
Required Experience:
1. 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology modernization projects.
2. 10+ years of experience analyzing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to support strategic goals.
3. 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions.
4. 10+ years of xperience as an IT Business Analyst for software development projects.
5. Proficiency in eliciting requirements, documenting user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
6. Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub for backlog management and tracking.
7. Experience developing and executing user acceptance test cases.
8. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Feature Driven Design.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Experience utilizing BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to provide insights and support decision-making.
Preferred Experience:
1. Extensive experience in business process modeling and improvement.
2. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
3. Deep understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. High proficiency in stakeholder management and communication.
6. Experience with cloud computing and enterprise architecture.
7. Experience working in a government or public sector environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements clearly.
2. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
3. Use of tools like UML, BPMN, and process flow diagrams for modeling.
4. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability in Azure DevOps.
5. Support testing activities by creating user acceptance test cases and coordinating UAT.
6. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions and oversee testing and rollout.
7. Work within Agile frameworks (Feature Driven Design and Scrum) to deliver iterative solutions.
8. Provide guidance on best practices for business analysis and process improvement.
9. The Contractor, through its selected candidate, must perform all tasks and complete the deliverables identified in this Statement of Work (SOW).
