We are seeking an experienced LAN / WiFi / Voice Network Engineer to provide onsite support for enterprise radio and network systems in Raleigh, NC. The engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for Motorola Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems, Radio Management Software, and LAN/WiFi network support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support LAN, WiFi, and voice/radio network environments
Program, provision, and troubleshoot Motorola LMR radios and RF systems
Support Radio Management Systems and maintain radio inventory reports
Coordinate with vendors and project managers
Document system configurations and train end users
Use ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for incident management
Required Skills:
8+ years of IT or network engineering experience
3+ years with LMR / RF / Radio Communications
Strong LAN and WiFi networking skills
Hands-on experience with Motorola radio systems
ServiceNow or ticketing system experience
