Overview:
Vaco is partnering with a highly regarded client in the Northern Cincinnati area to identify a Process Mapping Analyst for a contract role with the potential to convert to full-time.
This is a newly created position driven by a company-wide process improvement initiative focused on increasing efficiency across all departments.

This Process Mapping Analyst will work closely with the Senior IT Operations Manager to support ongoing process improvement efforts. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, documenting workflows, and collaborating across teams to drive operational clarity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sr. IT Operations Manager to support enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives
• Document current and future-state processes using Visio (or similar tools)
• Capture detailed notes during meetings and translate them into clear, structured process maps
• Assist with identifying opportunities for process optimization and standardization
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate workflows
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support multiple initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in process mapping, project coordination, or related work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio (or comparable process mapping tools)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating directly with stakeholders
