We are seeking a high-talent Azure Full-Stack Developer who can think beyond technical tasks to help shape what gets built—and why. In this role, success is measured not just by code written, but by business value delivered, questions asked, and strategic insight applied. This individual will work across frontend and backend systems using modern cloud-native tools, while leveraging their talent to align solutions with real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable front-end experiences using React or equivalent frameworks.
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure services such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
· Build and optimize data ingestion frameworks to integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, SaaS applications) into Azure data platforms
· Implement data transformation and orchestration workflows using ADF pipelines, data flows, and/or Synapse
· Ensure data quality, validation, and integrity across all ETL processes
· Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
· Implement data security and governance best practices, including encryption, access controls, and compliance requirements
· Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and delivery timelines
· Automate and schedule workflows using triggers, event-based processing, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
· Maintain proper documentation, logging, and audit trails for all ETL processes
· Support real-time and batch data processing architectures as needed
- Implement secure and performant solutions in Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, ADF, APIM, and Azure SQL.
- Work collaboratively with product owners, business users, and architects to shape requirements based on user intent and outcomes.
- Apply contextual awareness to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical designs.
- Contribute to architectural decisions with a focus on reusability, extensibility, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Be a flexible and adaptable member of a highly productive agile team.
- Leverage Cursor and other AI tools for productivity, but maintain judgment in quality, value, and solution fit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Proven ability to work across front-end and back-end layers of enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful business impact.
Skills & Competencies:
Core Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Azure services, including App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Functions, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and DevOps Pipelines
- Hands-on experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF, Synapse, and related Azure data services
- Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration across multiple data sources (APIs, databases, SaaS platforms)
- Proficiency in React (or Angular/Vue), REST APIs, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid backend development experience in C#, Java, or Node.js
- Working knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and performance optimization for large-scale data pipelines
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Git-based development workflows
