Description:
**Onsite | Greenwood Village, CO**

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead and support a team through a major migration from Snowflake to a new data environment. This is a 70% hands-on data role and 30% strategic leadership, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65 - $72 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, build, and maintenance of scalable data architectures and pipelines.
Guide the team through the migration from Snowflake to the new data platform.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to other team members.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align data strategy with business objectives.
Translate analytical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Experience Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in data engineering/architecture.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience leading a data team or technical team.
Proven ability to manage data-related projects and partner with senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
