Position Title: Partner Growth Manager

Job Summary:

As the Partner Growth Manager (PGM), you will be a dedicated execution leader responsible for driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and pipeline acceleration with a strategic partner. Operating within a partner strategy defined by Pellera leadership, you will execute joint go-to-market initiatives that increase profitable bookings, services attach, and deal quality . This role focuses on translating partner programs and investments into measurable revenue and gross margin outcomes , while ensuring strong alignment across sales, marketing, and operations to maximize return on partnership efforts.

Essential Functions:

• Execute Pellera's partner strategy by driving tight alignment and day-to-day execution across partner and Pellera teams.
• Serve as the primary operational interface with the partner, including ongoing communication, issue resolution, and escalation management in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Evangelize Pellera's value proposition and align Pellera practices to the partner's priorities to position Pellera as a preferred growth partner.
• Operationalize and drive partner-led sales plays, ensuring strong engagement and execution with Pellera sales teams.
• Own revenue, gross profit, and pipeline visibility, including opportunity tracking and performance against partner programs and promotions.
• Maximize partner rebates, incentives, and investments to deliver above-market revenue growth and margin performance.
• Enable Pellera sellers through ongoing awareness and enablement of partner products, programs, and priority sales motions.
• Ensure consistent execution and alignment across North America regions and relevant partner resources.
• Define, track, and execute against strategic KPIs, providing regular performance updates and insights.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review performance, assess joint initiatives, and align on near-term execution priorities.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure GTM execution and investment alignment.
• Drive visibility and execution for webinars, joint selling initiatives, and enablement sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support sales collateral, demand generation, and partner-specific campaigns.
• Represent the partner internally, communicating performance, category trends, program results, and active initiatives.
• Work with Pellera practices to drive adoption and consumption programs aligned to partner offerings.

• Strong cross-group collaboration to drive alignment and teamwork within the partners' and Pellera's teams.
• Must possess ability to articulate Pellera practices to our partners.
• Strong sales level knowledge of partner offerings, value proposition and solutions.
• Excellent pipeline development (channel or direct) and management skills, with proven success in delivering go-to-market strategies and results.
• Excellent communication skills with solid experience in presenting and delivering key messages to internal and external senior executives and other audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.
• Vendor/Client-oriented, professional services mind-set.
• C-Level engagement capability.
• Attendance at relevant industry conferences.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
• Able to work on their own with direction from their line manager
• Good analytical skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Technology preferred.
• 8+ years in business development and/or channel sales with a proven track record of success.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
