Job Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with expertise in building RESTful APIs and working with cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Java 8/11/17) and Spring Boot
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and implement microservices architecture
  • Develop scalable and high-performance systems following best practices
  • Work closely with frontend developers, product teams, and architects
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
  • Implement unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito)
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint activities
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration


Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Core Java and OOP concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot
  • Experience in Microservices architecture
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services
  • Experience with SQL / RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
  • Understanding of design patterns and system design
  • Experience in Agile methodologies


Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
  • Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
  • Experience with Kafka / MQ / Messaging systems
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle)
  • Understanding of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT)
