Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise software implementation programs from kickoff through successful go-live.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, partners, and customer stakeholders.
- Establish customer accountability for project commitments, deliverables, and decision-making.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate implementation risks and roadblocks.
- Deliver executive-level project updates and facilitate governance meetings.
- Lead customer steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
- Drive consistency through standardized schedules, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
- Monitor implementation performance and recommend process improvements to increase predictability and efficiency.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the development of scalable project management best practices.
- Support partner-led implementations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise software implementations.
- Proven success managing large-scale transformation and onboarding initiatives.
- Experience leading steering committee and governance meetings.
- Ability to navigate challenging customer situations with professionalism and confidence.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with traditional project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum delivery approaches.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud-based SaaS products and services.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and/or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience supporting customers in high-tech manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, defense, or related industries.
- Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
