Entrust IDV Implementation Engineer

Location: Houston, TX Remote

We are looking for an experienced IDV Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of Entrust Identity Vetting (Onfido) services across the enterprise. You will drive endtoend IDV implementation within the identity lifecycle, collaborating with IAM, Cybersecurity, HR, and Integration teams to deliver secure and seamless identity verification processes. A core part of this role is integrating cloudbased IDV workflows with onprem TIBCO middleware using REST APIs and webhooks to securely connect cloud applications with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and integration of Entrust s Identity Vetting service into enterprise workflows.
• Configure, test, and optimize cloudbased identity vetting workflows with Entrust and internal IAM systems.
• Develop and support integrations between Entrust s cloud APIs/webhooks and onpremise middleware platform TIBCO.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including IAM, Cybersecurity, HRIS, Integration Engineering, and Change Management to ensure technical and operational alignment.
• Conduct endtoend testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and support defect resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.
• Support golive execution, stabilization, and postdeployment enhancement activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of implementation experience with Entrust s Identity Verification (IDV) solutions.
• Handson experience with Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) and IAM processes.
• Proficiency in REST API integrations, webhooks, JSON, and cloudtoonprem communication patterns.
• Solid background with integration/middleware technologies, ideally TIBCO.
• Ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders across the organization.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, problemsolving, and documentation skills.
