Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of software engineers
Design and review system architecture and technical solutions
Write, review, and maintain high-quality, scalable code
Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders
Plan sprint activities and manage task priorities (Agile/Scrum)
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide root-cause analysis
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools
Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality

Required Skills

Strong expertise in software development (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience with system design, microservices, APIs
Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
