Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Tester (QA Automation) Location: Plano, TX / McLean, VA (Onsite)

Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated testing of ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
Create and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and regression test suites.
Validate ServiceNow configurations, including business rules, workflows, ACLs, UI policies, tables, and update sets.
Perform end-to-end, functional, integration, regression, and API testing (REST/SOAP).
Test ServiceNow modules such as IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Analyze test results, document defects, and ensure timely resolution.
Develop reusable automation assets and improve overall test coverage.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
3+ years of hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications.
Strong experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Hands-on experience with Selenium Automation.
Experience testing IRM/GRC modules and related compliance workflows.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components including ACLs, Business Rules, Flows, Update Sets, APIs, Service Portal, and Workspace.
Experience with REST and SOAP API testing.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
