responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable, full-stack software solutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate modern features and deliver high-quality products.
• Perform complex technical analysis and troubleshoot challenging issues to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers by sharing industry best practices and code standards.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

6 to 9 years of hands-on experience with React.js, .NET Core, Microsoft Azure SQL, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET programming.

Proven domain and industry experience working within the Insurance sector.
