About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join a high-performing CRM team focused on delivering scalable solutions for Sales and Service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building robust, custom Salesforce applications using modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and declarative tools
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and platform events
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes
  • Collaborate with admins and architects on data modeling, security, and automation (Flows, validation rules, assignment rules)
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and release cycles within an Agile environment

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning (LWC and/or Aura)
  • Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Cases, Queues, Omni-Channel, Knowledge)
  • Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, or Salesforce deployment tools
  • Ability to interpret requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce telephony integrations (Genesys, CTI, Salesforce Voice)
  • Background in enterprise or insurance platforms
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (required/preferred), Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud
