Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established outpatient neurology team in the Raleigh area. This role is primarily outpatient-focused with an average patient volume of approximately 17 patients per day.

The APP will work closely with neurologists and support staff while managing follow-ups, patient education, medication refills, labs, and ongoing patient communication. The practice offers strong support systems including MA rooming assistance and RN triage/callback support.

Qualified candidates should have prior APP experience, with neurology experience strongly preferred. Candidates coming from cardiology or other related specialties may also be considered. This team values long-term commitment, stability, and providers who are looking to grow within the organization.

Telehealth flexibility may become available after providers are fully ramped into the practice and established in their schedules. Telehealth days are conducted from home.
