Senior Power BI / Business Intelligence Developer

We are looking for a skilled Power BI and data analytics professional to join the Digital Analytics team supporting Ford and Ford.com. This project focuses on leveraging website clickstream and other digital data to generate actionable insights, optimize user experience, and deliver robust dashboards for business stakeholders.
Team Structure:
- Team Manager (leads project)
- 1 Data Engineer
- 3 Power BI Developers
- Front-End Power BI Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for digital analytics purposes.
- Work with clickstream and website data to drive analysis and insights.
- Perform DAX calculations and data modeling to support analytics needs.
- Ensure dashboards tell a clear story, including KPIs, trends, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (digital teams, non-vehicle teams) to gather requirements and refine dashboards.
- Design front-end dashboards to optimize user experience and usability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong Power BI development skills (data modeling, DAX, visualization design).
- Experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and web analytics.
- Data engineering experience, including handling website clickstream data.
- Analytical mindset with strong storytelling skills through dashboards.
- Portfolio or previous dashboards demonstrating your work screenshots, links, or example dashboards are required. Providing these examples will set your candidacy apart.
- Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders.
- Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred; Google Cloud Platform a plus).
- Understanding of end-user experience and front-end dashboard design.
