We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Lead to drive strategic initiatives and optimize processes within our growing organization. This remote position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our business operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to enhance supply operations and drive growth in our service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution of key initiatives.
Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform leadership decisions.
Define and track performance metrics, refining strategies to maximize impact and business outcomes.
Partner with various teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Support local initiatives and scale best practices across the organization.

Skills

8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, growth strategies, or consulting.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel and BI tools.
Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
Exceptional project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing across all levels.

Preferred Skills

Experience in small to medium-sized business sales cycles.
Familiarity with SQL and other data querying languages.
Background in the 'Experiences' sector or related industries.
Proven problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges.
