Core Skills – Marketing Cloud Engagement

Job Description:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio + Journey Builder).
• Advanced AMPscript.
• Strong SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript) for CloudPages & data handling.
• Experience building Custom Preference Centers.
• Strong knowledge of Data Extensions, Contact Builder, Data Model.
• SQL proficiency (segmentation, automation queries).

Core Skills – Data Cloud

• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud segments activating into SFMC.
• Understanding of identity resolution & consent-aware segmentation concepts.
• Able to troubleshoot CRM → Data Cloud → SFMC data flow.

Core Skills – CRM

• Understanding of Salesforce CRM integration with SFMC.
• Consent Management in Salesforce CRM.
• Experience syncing data via Marketing Cloud Connect.

Core Skills – AI & Emerging Marketing Technology

• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar) in a marketing technology or engineering workflow — for code, content, data analysis, or documentation.
• Understanding of Salesforce MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and how AI agents/tools connect to

Salesforce data and systems.

• Awareness of Salesforce''''s AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein, Agentforce, Data Cloud AI features) and how they apply to marketing use cases.
• Comfort experimenting with and evaluating new AI-driven tools, and translating them into practical improvements for marketing operations
