An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. We are a leading construction firm renowned for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to lead a team of professionals and make a significant impact on our business and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
2. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
3. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
6. Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and monitoring of project status.
7. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
8. Develop a detailed project budget and manage expenditure, ensuring that all financial targets are met.
9. Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.
10. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
11. Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
12. Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven working experience of 5+ years in project management in the construction sector.
3. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in construction and project management.
4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
8. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
9. Proven leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
10. Expert in decision-making and problem-solving.
11. Proven experience in contract management and resource allocation.
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
