Description:
Position: Integration and Test Engineer

Location: Woodland Hills, CA

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve processes and procedures for the assembly, integration, and testing of spacecraft, aircraft, and related systems or equipment.

Coordinate integration and test activities with manufacturing supervisors, program engineers, and cross-functional internal and customer teams.

Identify, document, and resolve hardware discrepancies, including driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Design, develop, and validate tooling and fixtures to support efficient and repeatable integration and test operations.

Support system-level integration, verification, and validation activities to ensure compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, and program schedules.

Contribute to process optimization, risk reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives across integration and test workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with assembly, integration, and test (AIT) activities for complex mechanical, electrical, or aerospace systems.

Experience working with engineering documentation, procedures, and configuration-controlled environments.

Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and support root cause and corrective action efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with spacecraft, aircraft, or high-reliability systems integration and testing.

Experience designing or developing custom tooling or test fixtures.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or quality systems.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams.
