Job Title: Business Process Analyst / Architect

Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst / Architect to join our team and drive enterprise B2B transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in process design, order management, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud to streamline business operations, improve customer experience, and ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end business process design and transformation for enterprise B2B programs.
  • Analyze, document, and optimize current business processes, with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C), Sales, and Revenue Management.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define process improvements, and develop functional specifications.
  • Architect and implement process workflows leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, Product, and Operations teams to design scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Provide guidance on process governance, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for stakeholders and teams.
  • Monitor program metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for process-related challenges.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise B2B transformation programs and process architecture.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Order Management processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or related Salesforce modules.
  • Experience with ERP systems integration and data migration initiatives.
  • Familiarity with business process frameworks (e.g., BPMN, TOGAF).
