Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain advanced workflows, data-driven events (DDEs), and automated notifications
Build and customize questionnaires, calculated fields, and validation rules
Design and implement reports, iViews, dashboards, and data filters
Develop and support data feeds and integrations using REST APIs, CSV, and XML
Perform solution packaging and migrations across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments
Configure roles, access controls, and record-level security
Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and data feed issues
Responsible for end-to-end configuration of new/existing GRC applications, managing every aspect of the SDLC (e.g.,
layout, access controls, workflow, notifications, packaging)
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on Archer configuration and development experience.
Strong expertise in API development (REST, JSON), Advanced Workflow and Integrations with Archer.
Proficiency in SQL Server, stored procedures, and data staging processes.
Experience with workflow design, custom objects, data feeds, and access control within Archer.
Familiarity with GRC domains such as Operational Risk, Issues Management, BCM, Compliance, and Audit.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
