Shift: Nights 2, Thu-Sat and alt Wed, 6pm-6am

Required Skills

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently

  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially when working on complex issues in a high-volume production facility

  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to changing processes

  • Familiarity with basic SPC concepts, methods, and terminology

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials

  • Wafer fabrication experience or familiarity with semiconductor processing and cleanroom experience

Description of Job

  • Sustain the EPI and Implant modules by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots, troubleshooting process issues, and providing manufacturing support in a semiconductor cleanroom

  • Monitor production line health by reviewing and responding to SPC-based process trends

  • Identify root causes of process deviations and implement effective corrective actions

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process control, yield, and cost efficiency

  • Write, revise, and maintain technical specifications and procedures

  • Lead training and developing colleagues

Education

  • Required: High school diploma or GED

  • Preferred: 2-year or 4-year degree in a technical discipline

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $28 to $35.
