Shift: Nights 2, Thu-Sat and alt Wed, 6pm-6am

Preferred Skills- Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials
- Wafer fabrication experience or familiarity with semiconductor processing and cleanroom experience
Description of Job - Sustain the EPI and Implant modules by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots, troubleshooting process issues, and providing manufacturing support in a semiconductor cleanroom
- Monitor production line health by reviewing and responding to SPC-based process trends
- Identify root causes of process deviations and implement effective corrective actions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process control, yield, and cost efficiency
- Write, revise, and maintain technical specifications and procedures
- Lead training and developing colleagues
Education - Required: High school diploma or GED
- Preferred: 2-year or 4-year degree in a technical discipline
