Summary

Description
We're seeking a Mid-Level Content Producer to support the content development of a developer keynote at a major technology company's flagship annual event. In this role, you'll work alongside the senior content producer and cross-functional partners to keep content workstreams running smoothly - managing schedules, tracking deliverables, coordinating with creative teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You bring energy and a can-do attitude, and you're ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the content great.
Responsibilities
Support the senior content producer in managing end-to-end content development for a large-scale developer keynote
Own specific workstreams and deliverables, tracking timelines, status, and dependencies
Coordinate daily with designers, motion designers, editors, and other creative team members to ensure work is on track
Maintain and update production documents including schedules, trackers, and run-of-show documents
Facilitate communication between creative, editorial, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on content priorities and deadlines
Assist with on-site content needs including rehearsal content integrations, asset delivery, and last-mile updates
Manage asset workflows - intake, review cycles, versioning, and final delivery
Help prepare materials for production meetings and stakeholder reviews
Support content vendor coordination and resource management as needed
Contribute to post-event documentation and wrap processes
Experience & Skills
4-6 years of experience in content production, creative production, or a related field
Experience supporting content development for keynote presentations, developer conferences, or large-format events is strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Asana, or similar
Clear and effective communicator - written and verbal
Collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships across disciplines
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
Familiarity with content production workflows including design, motion graphics, video editorial, and presentation development
Experience working with Keynote (Apple) is a plus
Travel & Location
Candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or be willing to travel and work on-site in Menlo Park, CA during the engagement
On-site presence is required in the weeks leading up to and during the event
Engagement duration is approximately 2 months, with flexibility for 1-2 weeks before and after the contract period for unexpected business needs
Being on-site in Menlo Park 2 weeks before the actual event is Required
Compensation is hourly with overtime compliant with California labor laws

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $100.00/hr.
