Role Description:

This role will support the agency Chief Data Officer and enterprise data governance program in implementing the enterprise-wide Collibra data catalog. This subject matter expert (SME) should be a certified Collibra Ranger with at least 10 years of experience advising clients and coaching teams on setting up/configuring and maintaining a Collibra data catalog. Qualified candidates will have both technical/coding skills (e.g., building out a custom workflow) and coaching skills to help junior practitioners learn core Collibra skills. Candidates should also be familiar with Collibra Data Quality, data governance principles, Candidates must also have experience advising executive-level clients on catalog priorities, business value, and trade-offs.

Certified Collibra Ranger
5+ years Collibra training experience
Collibra Data Catalog expert
Collibra Data Quality expert
Proficiency in developing in Collibra + Python and/or Java
Proficiency in topics across Data Governance, such as data standards, metadata management and data lineage, master data management, business glossary, and data quality
Guide the development and customization and design of Collibra workflows with branching logic and conditions, including gathering requirements from internal teams and clients and facilitating testing
Ability to discuss potential catalog priorities clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate with clients, Collibra SMEs, and across a cross-functional team to implement the Data Governance Operating model
Experience consuming or interacting with APIs (authentication, payloads, responses)

Education Level : Bachelors Degree
