Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI reporting, validation, and enterprise analytics across Healthcare, P&C Insurance, and Banking domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA testing and validation of Power BI dashboards and reports
- Validate data accuracy using SQL queries
- Conduct KPI reconciliation and reporting validation
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and test cases
- Perform end-to-end UAT and ensure defect resolution
- Debug data inconsistencies and transformation issues
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, data mapping documents, KPI definitions, and process flows
- Strong experience in Power BI reporting, testing, and validation
- Hands-on SQL experience (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
- Experience with Azure/AWS environments
- Strong business analysis skills (JAD sessions, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Healthcare (Claims, EMR, Eligibility, HEDIS)
- P&C Insurance (Underwriting, Risk, Claims lifecycle)
- Banking (Payments, ACH, Deposits, Exception handling)

Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, Excel
