Job Summary:
Seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer with strong GRC experience to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions within the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow GRC modules

  • Configure UI elements (Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts)

  • Build workflows (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flows, Notifications, Scheduled Jobs)

  • Manage Users, Roles, Groups, ACLs

  • Create and deploy Update Sets

  • Perform data imports into GRC tables

  • Build integrations using Integration Hub & REST APIs

  • Support Agile development, testing, documentation, and production support

Required:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

  • 7+ years ServiceNow development

  • 4+ years JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS

  • Strong GlideRecord scripting

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow CIS – Risk & Compliance (GRC)

  • Integration Hub & REST API experience

  • Agile enterprise development experience
