Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infor SyteLine (CSI) Implementation / Solutions Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of SyteLine ERP solutions for manufacturing clients. This role will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on technical leader, guiding clients through full lifecycle implementations, system design, and optimization initiatives.

You will partner closely with executive stakeholders, project managers, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable SyteLine solutions that improve operational efficiency across production, supply chain, finance, and inventory.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both big-picture solution architecture and rolling up their sleeves during delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Strategy

Lead end-to-end SyteLine (Infor CSI) solution design across multi-site manufacturing environments

Conduct discovery workshops, business process mapping, and fit/gap analysis

Define system architecture, integrations, customizations, and best practices

Advise clients on modernization, cloud migration, and optimization strategies

Implementation Delivery

Serve as technical/functional lead during ERP implementations and upgrades

Configure core SyteLine modules (manufacturing, finance, supply chain, inventory, planning)

Oversee system deployment, data migration, testing, and go-live readiness

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Technical Development & Integration

Design and review custom forms, workflows, and event handlers using Mongoose

Develop or guide development using VB.NET, SQL, and SyteLine extensibility tools

Architect integrations with third-party systems (MES, Shop-Trak/Factory Track, WMS, reporting tools, etc.)

Optimize performance through reporting, stored procedures, and database best practices

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Act as trusted advisor to client leadership and business stakeholders

Collaborate with Project Managers to align scope, risks, and timelines

Mentor consultants and developers; provide technical direction and quality oversight

Support client training, change management, and user adoption

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Infor SyteLine (CSI) implementation experience

Proven experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations in manufacturing environments

Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations (MRP, production, supply chain, inventory, finance)

Experience with Mongoose framework and SyteLine customization

Technical proficiency in VB.NET, SQL, and reporting tools

Experience with integrations and data migration

Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multi-site or global deployments

Background with Factory Track/Shop-Trak or shop floor systems

Cloud or hybrid SyteLine environments

Defense or regulated manufacturing experience (CMMC, ITAR, FDA, etc.)

PMP or other project management certification

Experience mentoring junior consultants or leading delivery teams
