Title: Hospitality Access Control & PMS Support Engineer
Remote
- Domain knowledge of hospitality industry.
- Good understanding of Property Management System (PMS).
- Good understanding of installation of lock servers and gateways (added advantage with experience of Onity/Saflok/Ving).
- how the key encoders work and are configured with the lock system.
- A good knowledge of how to troubleshoot serial and IP based cable runs.
- Troubleshooting key lock interfaces using the electronic lock logs and a knowledge of the various errors that might come up when making keys.
- An understanding of parking interfaces and how they work with the lock interfaces. Excellent coordination and communication skill
- ITILV4 certification.
