Application Analyst II

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and optimize OnePlan to support portfolio, project, and resource management.
• Partner with PMO leadership to align the platform with governance, intake, and prioritization processes.
• Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and Excel-based analytics for leadership and finance teams.
• Identify data quality issues, adoption gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Lead onboarding sessions, user training, and enablement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor support, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain platform documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Support cross-tool integrations and downstream reporting where applicable.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into application specifications and solutions.
• Review, test, and validate application functionality to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring system stability.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, including upgrades and modifications.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides for applications and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and software trends relevant to application support.

Required Skills And Experience:

• 4 6 years of experience in application support or analysis roles.
• 3 4+ years of experience with OnePlan or enterprise PPM platform administration.
• Strong knowledge of project, portfolio, and resource management practices.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Experience supporting PMO or enterprise IT governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with system integrations and data flow between enterprise tools.
• Exposure to database management and application testing methodologies.
