Location: Los Angeles, CA

Skills: Python, Bash scripting, Containerization (Docker / Singularity), Google Cloud Platform, HPC Operations, HPC clusters knowledge, Data Structures / Object oriented programming concepts, Git.

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with 12+ Years of relevant experience.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SSRS reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Gather and analyze business reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop parameterized, drill-down, drill-through, and linked reports.
• Create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions for reporting.
• Optimize report performance and data retrieval processes.
• Develop subscription-based and scheduled report delivery mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues.
• Work closely with business users, data analysts, and development teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.
• Create technical documentation and deployment guides.
• Support report migrations, enhancements, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience developing Tabular, Matrix, Chart, Dashboard, and Ad-hoc reports.
• Knowledge of report deployment, scheduling, and subscription management.
• Experience in database development and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSIS and SSAS.
• Exposure to Power BI and Microsoft BI Stack.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
• Familiarity with Git and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Insurance domain experience is an added advantage.
