Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and Python to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade AI applications.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience deploying GenAI/LLM applications into production, supporting live business operations, and ensuring scalability, security, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
    Build multi-step LLM workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
    Develop RAG pipelines involving embeddings, vector databases, document indexing, and retrieval optimization.
    Implement AI agents with tool/function calling, structured outputs, error handling, and fallback mechanisms.
    Develop LLM evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, regression testing, and quality gates.
    Optimize AI applications for response accuracy, latency, token consumption, and cost.
    Implement observability using Datadog, OpenTelemetry, logging, and tracing.
    Develop scalable Python applications, REST APIs, and cloud-based AI services.
    Deploy and maintain production AI solutions with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
    Support production incidents, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
    Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Security, and Business teams to meet enterprise requirements.
