Role Summary
We are looking for a mid-level Infor M3/M4 Engineer with strong
technical experience in Infor M3 or M4 and good functional
understanding of CPQ, Procurement, or Supply Chain processes.
The engineer will work closely with business, functional, and
integration teams to enhance, support, and integrate Infor solutions
across procurement, product configuration, pricing, ordering, and
related business processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, configure, and support solutions within the Infor
M3/M4 ecosystem.
* Work on enhancements, integrations, customizations, and production
support for Infor applications.
* Support business processes across Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing,
Supplier Management, CPQ, Pricing, Product Configuration, and Order
Management.
* Translate functional and business requirements into technical solutions.
* Develop and support integrations between Infor M3/M4 and enterprise
applications using APIs, web services, middleware, or Infor
integration technologies.
* Troubleshoot application, interface, batch processing, and
data-related issues.
* Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable fixes for
production incidents.
* Work with functional teams on configuration, testing, defect
resolution, and deployment activities.
* Support data extraction, transformation, reporting, and migration
activities where required.
* Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, release
planning, and solution documentation.
* Collaborate with geographically distributed engineering and business teams.
Required Skills
* 4 to 7 years of experience working with Infor M3, M4, or related
Infor ERP platforms.
* Hands-on technical experience with Infor M3 development,
customization, integrations, or application support.
* Good understanding of Infor M3 architecture, APIs, interfaces, batch
jobs, and data structures.
* Experience with technologies such as Infor ION, M3 APIs, REST APIs,
web services, SQL, MEC, or similar integration frameworks.
* Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
* Experience working with Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or
CPQ-related processes.
* Understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes including purchase
requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, receiving, and
invoicing.
* For CPQ-focused candidates, understanding of product configuration,
pricing, quoting, rules, product structures, or order configuration is
preferred.
* Experience analyzing production issues and working directly with
functional and business teams.
* Good understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, release
management, and production support processes.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Infor CPQ.
* Experience with Infor CloudSuite or M3 Cloud environments.
* Experience with Infor OS and ION.
* Exposure to manufacturing, retail, distribution, or supply chain environments.
* Experience integrating Infor with third-party procurement, CRM, CPQ,
ecommerce, or supply chain applications.
* Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is a plus.
* Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, or DevOps practices
is desirable.
Domain Knowledge
Candidates should have working knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
Procurement:
Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Supplier Management, Sourcing,
Receiving, Inventory, Invoice Matching, and Procure-to-Pay.
CPQ:
Product Configuration, Configure-Price-Quote, Pricing Rules, Product
Catalog, Bill of Material, Order Configuration, and integration with
ERP or CRM systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with
functional, business, and engineering teams.
