Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Lead: Designing robust, scalable backend services using Java (8/11/17+) and Spring Boot, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Development & Coding: Writing and reviewing complex, maintainable code, promoting best practices like TDD.
  • Team Mentorship: Guiding engineers, conducting code reviews.
  • Architecture & Design: Developing detailed technical design documents, participating in architectural decisions, and ensuring consistency across components.
  • System Integrity: Managing technical debt, identifying risks, and troubleshooting production issues.
  • DevOps & Deployment: Overseeing deployment and integration into pipelines (e.g., CI/CD via Jenkins, GitLab). 

 

Required Technical Skills

  • Core Java & Frameworks: Expert-level Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
  • Architecture: Proven experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Databases: Strong SQL/NoSQL experience (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle).
  • Tools & Methodologies: Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Agile/Scrum, and JUnit for testing. 

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Typically 12+ years of experience in Java software development.
  • Previous experience in a lead role or as a senior engineer mentoring others.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
