Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to help stakeholders make informed business decisions. This role is suitable for entry level candidates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from multiple sources.
• Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
• Assist in developing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support business teams with ad hoc data requests.
• Document data definitions, processes, and analytical findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and statistical methods.
• Knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
• Knowledge of data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
• Understanding of business intelligence concepts.
• Internship, academic project, or certification in data analytics.
