About the RoleWe are seeking dependable Field Service Technicians to support a regional project replacing payment pin pads at retail locations throughout Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota. This role is ideal for someone with basic IT hardware experience who enjoys working independently, traveling, and interacting with customers.
Responsibilities- Travel to assigned retail locations within your region
- Remove and replace payment pin pads and related hardware
- Perform basic device setup, configuration, and testing to confirm functionality
- Follow project documentation, scheduling requirements, and installation standards
- Communicate project updates, completed work, and any technical issues
- Provide professional, friendly customer service at each location
Requirements- Previous field service, desktop support, or hardware installation experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel within Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with store personnel
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and complete documentation accurately
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) or payment hardware is a plus, but not required

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
