Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Architect with 8+ years of Salesforce experience, strong hands-on expertise in FSL architecture, design, and implementation, and relevant Salesforce Field Service certifications.


Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions.
  • Expertise in Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies.
  • Hands-on experience with FSL Scheduling, Dispatch Console, Optimization, and Mobile App.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, enterprise integrations, and data modeling.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex scheduling and integration issues.
  • Strong solution design and end-to-end delivery capabilities.
  • Certification: Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant certification preferred.
