Sr. Java Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, database management, and cloud-based application development. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
2. Build scalable Microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
3. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
4. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
5. Collaborate with Business Analysts, UI/UX teams, QA, and DevOps teams.
6. Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and code reviews.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
8. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
9. Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow Agile methodologies.
10. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

1. Strong experience in Java 8/11/17.
2. Expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
3. Experience with Microservices architecture.
4. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Web Services.
5. Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
6. Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB is an added advantage.
7. Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, and Jenkins.
8. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
9. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
10. Understanding of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
11. Good understanding of design patterns and data structures.
12. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
3. Certification in Java or Cloud technologies is a plus.
