Senior Test Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Drive and manage the Software Quality Assurance (QA) lifecycle within Agile and Waterfall development environments.
Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to define and coordinate test strategies.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated UI, functional, and regression test suites.
Perform manual testing to validate application functionality, usability, and business requirements.
Execute API testing and validate integrations across systems and applications.
Enhance, maintain, and support Continuous Integration (CI) and automated testing pipelines.
Review, validate, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and results.
Identify, troubleshoot, document, and resolve defects and issues in systems under test.

"MUST HAVE" SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), QA Automation Engineer, or Senior Test Engineer.
Strong experience with Agile testing methodologies and software development lifecycles.
Hands-on experience in both Automation Testing and Manual Testing.
Expertise in web application testing and quality assurance processes.
Experience developing automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
Strong API testing experience using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
Knowledge of SQL and database validation/testing techniques.
Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) processes and automated test execution pipelines.
Experience using defect tracking, test management, and version control tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and RCLM.
Experience supporting Business Analyst (BA) testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation activities.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent platforms.
Familiarity with test automation framework design and maintenance.
Experience with regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing methodologies.
Understanding of software release management and deployment processes.
Knowledge of test data management and test environment coordination.
