Role Overview
BlackLine is seeking a hands-on Gemini AI Expert to lead applied GenAI adoption across business functions. This role will focus on identifying business use cases, building AI-enabled solutions using Gemini, and enabling internal teams through structured training and knowledge transfer.
The consultant will work directly with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams to design, prototype, and operationalize practical AI use cases while ensuring strong adoption across the organization.
Scope of Work / Responsibilities
Identify, define, and implement Gemini AI use cases across business functions such as HR, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
Design and build practical, production-ready AI workflows and prototypes.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into AI-enabled solutions.
Conduct workshops, enablement sessions, and hands-on training for end users and project teams.
Provide guidance and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of AI tools and processes.
Collaborate with internal technology teams to align AI solutions with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Document use cases, implementation approaches, and best practices for reuse across the organization.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or advanced analytics roles.
Hands-on experience working with Gemini AI modules.
Proven experience delivering AI solutions for business functions (HR, Marketing, Sales, Legal, etc.).
Hands-on experience coaching and training team members on AI tools, workflows, and best practices.
Strong experience conducting workshops, enablement sessions, and user training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with C-level executives and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with prompt engineering and LLM solution design.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments.
Experience driving AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of responsible AI and governance practices.
Experience integrating AI tools with enterprise applications.
