Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager (Jira & Executive Reporting Focus) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile leadership, hybrid delivery, and Jira administration and a proven ability to drive predictable delivery, enable data-driven decisions, and communicate executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and scope clarity.


• Remove impediments, manage risks, and resolve dependencies across teams.


• Drive alignment, accountability, and adherence to Agile practices and commitments.


• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.


• Manage delivery timelines, milestones, and cross-initiative dependencies.


• Balance Agile execution with roadmap planning, status tracking, and risk management.


• Serve as a Jira subject matter expert and champion best practices for tracking work.


• Design, configure, and optimize Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards for Scrum and hybrid models.


• Create and maintain dashboards for team and executive visibility; define usage standards and reporting consistency.


• Provide Jira training, documentation, and coaching to teams and stakeholders.


• Develop executive-level reporting that communicates progress, delivery health, risks, and trends.


• Define and track Agile and delivery metrics using Jira, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.


• Translate complex data into concise, actionable insights and present status updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role.


• Proven success in hybrid Agile and project management environments.


• Expert-level Jira experience including board configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.


• Strength in metrics creation and visualization using Excel, Tableau, or comparable tools.


• Demonstrated ability to produce and present executive-ready reports and readouts.


• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence adoption of best practices.


• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and teams.


• Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM, or equivalent.


• Experience in large or complex enterprise settings and cross-functional programs.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in process improvement, delivery transformation, or Agile coaching.


• Experience supporting multiple teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
