LO QUE HARS EN ESTE ROL

Como representante de servicio al cliente (estacional) que trabaja desde casa, usted:

• Brindar soporte al cliente entrante utilizando una gua de flujo de llamadas en el idioma preferido del cliente

• Ayudar a los clientes a resolver problemas tcnicos bsicos

• Rastrear, documentar y recuperar informacin en bases de datos

• Ofrecer productos y/o servicios adicionales

• Ofrecer experiencias expertas al cliente?con una sonrisa

Sus habilidades, integridad, conocimiento y genuina compasin aportarn valor y xito en cada interaccin con el cliente. Otros requisitos para nuestro puesto de Representante de Servicio al Cliente (estacional) (Remoto) incluyen:

• La capacidad de leer, escribir y hablar con fluidez tanto en espaol como en ingls.

• Ms de 1 ao de experiencia en atencin al cliente

• Disponibilidad abierta

• Un diploma de escuela secundaria o GED

• Un entorno tranquilo y sin distracciones para trabajar en su casa.

• Competencia en multitareas de ritmo rpido

• Afn por aprender nuevas tecnologas

• Slidas habilidades de navegacin informtica y conocimiento de PC.

• 1+ year of customer service experience

• Open availability
