Position: Data Architect with MS Dynamics CRM

Client Location: New York, NY

Work Location: On-site

Duration: 12 months (with Three 1 year extensions)

Resource Must provide Three (3) Professional References; Work Authorization & Valid Photo ID

Scope of Work:

• This resource will operate across multiple initiatives directly tied to CRM and its related database systems, ensuring that data governance, architecture, and integration strategies are consistently applied. By bridging these interconnected issues, the Data Architect will maintain a unified architectural vision that supports both immediate needs and long-term modernization.

Objectives:

• Provide strategic support across CRM and its associated databases, ensuring solutions are aligned with agency modernization goals.
• Develop and implement a data retention and archival strategy to reduce storage costs and ensure compliance.
• Architect solutions for duplicate data cleanup across Business Automation (BA) and AIMS systems, enforcing master data management principles.
• Support configuration management improvements by aligning data governance with CRM and infrastructure needs.
• Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainability beyond the consultant s engagement.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data strategies across CRM and its related database systems.
• Enterprise data modeling and metadata management.
• Designing archival frameworks for CRM and AIMS data.
• Collaborating with CRM and infrastructure teams to align configuration management with governance standards.
• Leading deduplication and master data management initiatives.
• Preparing documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for staff.

Technical Qualifications:

• At least 12 - 15 years extensive experience in enterprise data architecture, data governance, and metadata management.
• Must have expertise in enterprise data architecture, with emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its related database systems.
• Proven ability to design and implement data retention and archival strategies for large-scale systems.
• Strong knowledge of CRM data structures and integration with external systems.
• Familiarity with master data management and deduplication strategies.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to support cross-divisional initiatives.
• Able to estimate the Project Phases and Deliverables; required manhours and cost etc. for below::
• Data Retention Policy & Archival Strategy
• Duplicate Data Cleanup & Master Data Management
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
• Deliver technical documentation for all data architecture frameworks.
• Provide training sessions and knowledge transfer to Client staff.
• Ensure alignment with agency-wide modernization and compliance priorities.

Delivery and Deployment:

• Deploy refined data architecture capabilities aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support development and infrastructure teams by adhering to industry standards and methodologies.
• Ensure scalability and sustainability of solutions beyond FY27.
