Job details : 

Design and implement GenAI/Agentic components for a new use case—prompting, tool orchestration, retrieval, reasoning chains, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns aligned to business workflows.
• Build production‑grade pipelines across data ingestion, embeddings, model APIs, orchestration frameworks, and integrations with upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
• Partner closely with the AI Tech Lead and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, contribute to workflow sequencing, and support rapid prototyping through controlled rollout.
• Embed quality, safety, and observability—evaluation metrics, prompt/version management, grounding strategies, logging, guardrails, and performance tuning.
• Support enterprise readiness—documentation, knowledge transfer, incident triage, and continuous improvement based on user feedback and operational insights.
Tech Skills : Programming & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Python (primary), familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or equivalent orchestration frameworks, MLOps / LLMOps: CI/CD for AI workflows, model/prompt lifecycle management, feature flags, environment promotion (dev → test → prod)
